Getting Here

Both of the Palazzo Albizzini Foundation buildings are easy to reach:

By Car:

  • A1 motorway- exiting at Arezzo and then take the Arezzo-Città di Castello state road
  • Highway Ravenna-Orte E45 - exiting at Città di Castello
  • From Pesaro, Fano and Urbino - state road 423 and 73 bis
  • From Rimini-state road 258

 

By Train:

  • Ferrovie dello Stato trains - Florence-Rome line getting off at Arezzo station. From there take the SITA bus lines to Città di Castello
  • Ferrovia Centrale Umbra - Sansepolcro-Terni line stopping off at Città di Castello


By Bus:

  • Florence-Arezzo-Città di Castello with SITA buslines
  • Urbino-Fano-Pesaro-Città di Castello with BUCCI buslines
  • Rome-Città di Castello with SULGA buslines


By Plane:

  • Nearest airport: Aereoporto Regionale di Sant’Egidio (Perugia) 45 km distance

    • - Da Bologna-Firenze: Autostrada A1, uscita di Arezzo. Procedere con le S.S. 73 e 221.
    • - Da Roma: Autostrada A1, uscita Orte, procedere con la Superstrada E45 direzione Perugia-Cesena; uscita Città di Castello (sud o nord).
    • - Da Forlì-Cesena: prendere la superstrada E-45 e uscire a Città di Castello (sud o nord)
    • - Da Rimini-San Marino: S.S. 258 fino a Sansepolcro e poi prendere la E45 in direzione sud fino a Città di Castello nord
